Terms and Conditions
The Sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Northbrook Park District, its commissioners, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or resulting from the Sponsor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to the use of a sponsorship table, distribution of materials, displays, equipment, or activities conducted by the Sponsor, its employees, contractors, or representatives.
This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, claims for bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the Sponsor’s acts or omissions, except to the extent caused by the sole negligence of the Northbrook Park District.
The Sponsor further agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and Park District policies and to assume responsibility for the conduct of its representatives and for the safe setup, operation, and removal of its display, equipment, and materials. If requested by the Northbrook Park District, the Sponsor shall provide a certificate of insurance evidencing general liability coverage with limits acceptable to the Park District and naming the Northbrook Park District as an additional insured for the duration of the event.
