Summary

The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session. If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability.

The Photographer is responsible for providing the Client a photographic service as detailed in this Agreement. The Client seeks to engage the Photographer for photographic services at the price identified below.

Services

Services will be provided by the Photographer as follows:

Wedding Packages:

Essential Wedding Package ($799) -- One professional photographer. Up to 6 Hours continuous hours shooting time. This package includes covering your ceremony, family portraits, couple portraits, and reception highlights. You'll receive a professionally edited online gallery with over 300 high-resolution images, ready to download and share. Enjoy sneak peeks within 24 hours on Nicole's Captured Moments Facebook page following the wedding..Complete Wedding Package ($1,199) -- One professional photographer. Up to 8 continuous hours shooting time. For couples wanting their entire wedding story captured, this package includes up to eight hours of coverage—from getting ready through to your reception and celebrations. Over 500 professionally edited images, a cinematic highlight reel, and a complimentary A2 print of your favourite photograph. Enjoy sneak peeks within 24 hours on Nicole's Captured Moments Facebook page following the wedding.

BOOKING RETAINER

A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the wedding date and services of the Photographer. Dates are not held until both the signed agreement and retainer payment have been received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date.

:AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Final Payment
The remaining balance of your wedding photography package is due 30 days before your wedding date. Flexible payment plans are available and can be arranged with Nicole's Captured Moments to help spread the cost leading up to your wedding. Please note that full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to your wedding date. Photography services cannot be provided until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Change of Date or Venue: Nicole's Captured Moments must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least one week prior to scheduled date of event. Notification of any changes can be made by phone or sent via email for documentation. It is the client's responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event. In the event of change of address or contact information as listed, the client must notify Nicole's Captured Moments.

Exclusive Photographer: Nicole's Captured Moments shall be the exclusive photographer retained by the client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the clients and other wedding vendors SHALL NOT interfere with the photographer's duties. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of wedding services to ensure proper exposure of images.

Cancellation or Postponement Policy: If the Client cancels the booking, the retainer paid is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding date, additional fees may apply depending on work already completed.

Meals & Breaks: For weddings exceeding 4 hours of coverage, a meal and short break for the Photographer is appreciated.

Creative License: Images are edited at the photographer's (Nicole's Captured Moments) discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. The photographer (Nicole's Captured Moments) reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional quality and within the photographer's artistic standards. All images released are high resolution JPEG. RAW files are not released.

Archival of Images: After you receive your images, Nicole's Captured Moments archives the photos after TWO years, please be sure that you and your family/friends download the images they want before hand.

Printing of The Images: The photographer is not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly through Nicole's Captured Moments.

Delivery of Products: Client will receive their final high resolution, hand edited JPEG images via an online gallery no later than three weeks following the wedding date. This does not include any requests by client for further edits or enhancements.

The undersigned have read and understood the contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety. Only the bride and groom (or signers of this document) can discuss any problems that arise.

We kindly ask you get in touch with us two weeks prior to the date of your event to touch base and go over last minute details. We will make every effort to contact you, but it is the client's responsibility to contact Nicole's Captured Moments to confirm wedding details and times.

Nicole's Captured Moments retains the copyright to all images produced by Nicole's Captured Moments and/or subcontractors. The client understands the images given on USB's cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet need to be credited images to Nicole's Captured Moments
