13. Provide usernames for any of your social media accounts.
APPLICATION FEES
A one-time Initiation Fee of $350 plus $180 for current calendar year Annual Dues are payable in full with your submitted application. In the event that your Application is not approved, your Initiation Fee and Annual Dues payment will be refunded. Your Membership Application will be reviewed, screened and verified by the NCOPM Membership Committe. You will be notified with 30 days whether or not you have been nominated for election to NCOPM membership. In the event that your Application is not approved, your Annual Dues and Initiation Fee payment will be refunded.
APPLICANT'S ACCEPTANCE & AGREEMENT
Applicant accepts and agrees that: (a) if any of the information provided in this Application is inaccurate, false or misleading, the National Conference of Personal Managers Inc. (NCOPM) has the right to reject this Application; (b) this Application is subject to review and approval by the NCOPM Membership Committee and the NCOPM National Board of Officers, at their sole discretion; (c) if any of the information provided in this Application changes at any time, Applicant shall immediately notify NCOPM by email of any such changes; and (d) if any of the information provided in this Application is later determined by NCOPM to be inaccurate, false or misleading, NCOPM shall have the right to terminate Applicant's NCOPM membership and Applicant shall forfeit any payment for Initiation Fee and Annual Membership Dues.
If NCOPM accepts Applicant for membership, Applicant agrees to abide by NCOPM Code of Ethics and all other association rules and regulations. If NCOPM rejects this Membership Application, NCOPM shall refund Applicant's payment for Initiation Fee and Annual Dues.
By submitting this Membership Application, Applicant requests to be considered for NCOPM membership.
