Dropoff 8:30-9 AM | Camp 9AM-4PM | Pickup 4-4:30 PM.

The camp fee is $50. The registration deadline is June 15, 2025 at 11:45 PM. Late registration will not be available. There are limited slots available in each camp location and they are first come, first served. Please email ncprojectpipeline@gmail.com with any questions. Thank you!

Documentation

As a parent or guardian of this student, I hereby consent to the use of photographs/videos taken during the course of the camp for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via newspaper, internet or other media sources) as well as survey information for camp reports and documentation. I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or for damages.

Student Conduct

The NCNOMA Project Pipeline Camp has a Zero Tolerance Policy. If the Zero Tolerance rules are broken, there will be no warning, parents will be contacted and will be required to make immediate arrangements to pick up the child. We do not want to send anyone home, but we make it priority #1 for everyone to feel safe and comfortable when in our care!
1. Each camper must treat everyone else at camp with respect and consideration.
2. We expect all campers to be respectful and responsible at all times.
3. Cursing, swearing, and foul language is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
4. Stealing is not tolerated. If you find something that does not belong to you, you must return it to the rightful owner or bring it to the lost and found (ask your counselor). We do reserve the right to search personal belongings, with the camper present.
5. Inappropriate physical touch or suggestive behavior is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. (Zero Tolerance)
6. Guns, knives, fireworks or any other kinds of weapons are not allowed. (Zero Tolerance)
7. We will not tolerate intimidation, verbal or physical abuse, or destruction of property. (Zero Tolerance)
8. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, smoking, or tobacco products are not allowed. (Zero Tolerance)
