    You will need to arrange your own transportation to arrive at the hotel in Orlando on Tuesday and home on Sunday.

  • Registration

    Please note: attendees who will be 18 years old at the time of travel will be required to show photo identification (passport, driver's license, or state ID). Their full legal name and date of birth must match the identification.

  • Payment Options

    You can register to pay by credit card online or by check. You may choose to pay in full today or to pay a 50% refundable deposit to secure your spot.

    Deposits

    You may secure your spot on the District Tour by paying a 50% deposit now. This deposit is refundable until May 31, 2025.

    The second half of your registration cost will be due on May 31. The District will send you an invoice for that second half that you may pay by check or credit card.
