The Big Leap is best experienced collaboratively with your team. To encourage attendance in teams, tuition is paid by your chapter for up to 5 of their members to attend. If you are attending yourself, your chapter (or district board of directors) must register separately to pay tuition, but you may register yourself first.

If you are registering yourself, we'll collect your information today and get you on your way with all the information you need to attend including hotel reservation instructions. (Hint: Book your room ASAP if you choose to stay with us at the Sheraton). You will not be charged tuition today. Tuition will be covered by your chapter's registration fee. You will have the options to add a dining package for $120 and/or ground transportation between Bradley International Airport and the Big Leap venue for $39. Those options, if you elect to purchase them, will be paid for by you here today.

If you are registering your chapter (or district board), you'll be charged $400 tuition today which will enable your chapter to send up to 5 members to the Big Leap. If you have more people to send than that, we suggest that you make a donation of $80 per extra person to Harmony Explosion Northeast, here.

If you are repsonsible for registering your chapter and you are attending yourself, you will need to fill out this form twice: once for the chapter and once for yourself.

Participant Add-On Options
Airport Shuttle Option

Check here if you'd like to purchase round-trip ground transportation between Bradley International Airport and the Sheraton Hotel (the Big Leap venue). Total cost for this round-trip shuttle service is $39.
Dining Package Option

Check here if you'd like to purchase a meal package. Meals will be provided by the hotel including breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday plus breakfast on Sunday. Total cost for these four meals is $120.
Sheraton Hotel Information:

Its very important that participants join us for all three days. While staying at the Sheraton Hotel where the event takes place is not necessary, we have ensured that the hotel has blocked rooms for us at a discounted rate. If you are planning to stay at the Sheraton, please follow the instructions on the Northeastern District Big Leap event website.

King and queen rooms are available, as are additional roll-in cots for a nominal fee.

We will enjoy a Saturday Night Social in a reserved space at the Sheraton.
