Innovation Award - 2026

The LCL Innovation Award acknowledges a centre that demonstrates outstanding creativity and forward-thinking in its approach to training delivery, course design, and/or technological advancement. We are looking for a centre championing inventive solutions; whether through the adoption of cutting-edge technology, novel teaching methods or imaginative course delivery, ultimately pushing the boundaries of traditional training to equip learners with the skills needed for tomorrow’s challenges.

What innovative approaches has your centre introduced in training delivery or course design? Provide specific examples of new teaching methods, curriculum developments or learning tools that have enhanced the training experience and outcomes for learners.  (Max 500 words)
