I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I release and hold harmless New Age Ballers, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or as a result of participation in the program. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the organizers of any medical conditions or special needs my child may have. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Age Ballers from any claims arising out of my child's participation.
