Terms & Conditions

1. Parents must adhere to the uniform standards set out by the madrassah.
2. Boys Must wear a thobe of the colour white preferably.
3. Girls Must wear hijab and abaya in the premises of the madrassah alongside modest clothing.
4. If the uniform standards are not adhered to for more than three lessons, we will refuse to teach the child until the correct uniform is worn.

Attendance Standards

Please read the terms & conditions below:
Terms & Conditions

1. The child must arrive 5 minutes before the lesson start time (5:00pm).
2. If the child is late for more than 30 minutes, the teacher will refuse to teach him/her for that lesson.
3. If the child is late, a note from the parent with a signature is necessary to ensure the child can be taught for that lesson.
4. Parents must contact the madrassah in the case of the student being absent, otherwise, it will be registered as unauthorised absence.
5. If the child is due to be absent for more than one week, the parent must request and fill in a holiday form two weeks prior to the absence (madrassah office).
6. If the child is absent for more than three consecutive lessons without any authorisation, a formal warning is sent to the parent.
7. If the child is absent for more than five lessons without any authorisation, they will be excluded from the madrassah.

8. The fees for one student for whole term are £320.

If you are enrolling two siblings, the total cost is £560, and for three siblings, the total is £760. We offer flexible payment options: you can either pay the full amount before the term starts or spread the payment across 3 instalments, with each instalment due before the term begins.

Once students are accepted, a payment link will be sent. Please note that space is limited, and we can only accept 16 boys and 16 girls this term.

9. This is an aplication form and you will be notified by email if your child has been accepted.
