We are offering an online piano club for 1st & 2nd graders. This club is for beginner pianists who have had 0-2 months of piano lessons. It is a 10-week class held on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:15 pm in our virtual classroom via Zoom. The club's first meeting will be held after the club has 7 students registered. Parents will be notified of the start date when the club is full. All lesson material and sheet music will be provided by Next Step Ed. and is included with tuition.

Clubs will meet each week on the day that is specified in the schedule. Next Step Ed. does not refund tuition for any class or classes missed by your child or children. If your child or children do miss a class or classes, they will be caught up by the Assistant or Teacher as necessary at the next class they attend. No refund will be given for the lessons your child or children has attended or was enrolled for at the time of the lesson. Students can be withdrawn at any time by written notice to the Next Step Ed. office and the remaining tuition will be pro-rated accordingly. We at Next Step Ed. provide a safe, happy, and motivational atmosphere for our students to learn in. We, therefore, retain the right to expel any student who disrupts this atmosphere as our Teachers see fit. Permanent expulsions will occur only after the parent has been notified and the disruptive behavior continues.

Payments will NOT be accepted at schools, either by a Next Step Ed. representative or the School Staff. Payments are made using PayPal, Visa, Discover, and Master Cards through a PayPal invoice. $50 per child is due upon registration to save his/her spot in the club. After that, you can pay as much as you want when you want, but the tuition must be paid in full by the 7th club meeting. The specific due date will be determined after the club has it's first meeting.

We are happy to offer scholarships for students who have the desire to learn music, but whose family may not have the means to pay the full tuition price. If your child receives a free/reduced lunch, he/she may qualify for a scholarship.

By submitting this registration, I hereby, for myself, my family, and administrators, waive and release any and all claims and damages I may have against Next Step Ed. and their respective agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries which may be suffered by me or my family in connection with participation in Next Step Ed. activities and programs.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you submit a registration form and/or make a payment on your invoice, you provide your name, your child's name, any special needs he or she may have, your email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. We use this information to process your registrations, to provide relevant information to your child's Next Step Ed. instructor so he or she can meet your child or children's needs and to keep you updated on news, events, and special articles of interest about Next Step Ed. and relevant community events. We will not sell, rent or loan your personal information to any third parties.

I hereby give my consent for Next Step Ed. and affiliates to use my child's photograph and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes.
