    Welcome to the Nga Vaka o Kāiga Tapu Pacific Family Violence Prevention Training Programme

  • Thank you for your interest to participate in this training. This programme is one of eight ethnic-specific frameworks that is designed to be an informative, interactive and self-reflective training opportunity.

    Practitioners: 
    This cultural training has been developed to target qualified professionals such as social workers, counsellors, clinicians, teachers, police etc., who work with Pacific families related to family violence, incidences, support, and services.   

    Community: 
    If your church or community group are interested in our community targeted family violence training workshop, please contact us via akesa.fb@thecausecollective.org.nz. This cultural training has been developed to target our Pacific community groups, community and church leaders, youth leaders etc., to address family violence in their community and empower the community to lead change by using the transformative practices of their frameworks to achieve strong and vibrant Pacific families and communities.
