You will receive an email with a scheduled appointment. Your appointment will not be finalized until you respond to that email. Once you confirm your availability, you receive an email up to 2 hours prior to your appointment time. In the email will be the zoom sign on information required to connect to your prayer team.
This email may come from a personal email address, from the team member that will be leading the prayer time. Please, check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
On the day of your scheduled appointment use the zoom meeting information you’ve been sent to sign into our waiting room. Our teams will invite you into the meeting as they are available. We try to limit sessions to no more than 20 minutes. However, due to the unpredictability of each session, we ask you to be prepared to be available for the entire 90 minute session.
If you need to cancel please let us know! Our ministry teams consist of volunteers who are investing their time in your healing. We ask that you contact us at the email address used to send your zoom appointment at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. If you contact us with a cancellation, we will happily reschedule you. However if you fail to contact us, you will receive grace only once. In the event that you experience technical problems, we will unfortunately need you to reschedule for another appointment.
