Council Shoulder Patch Design Contest Submission Form

Required Elements:
- Must be a registered member of Scouting America New Hampshire.
- The design must comply with Scouting branding guidelines and the Guide to Awards and Insignia.
- The design must fit the approved CSP shape template
- The design must include the fleur-de-lis emblem
- The design must include the wording “Scouting America New Hampshire.“
- Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by midnight on April 25, 2025.
How to Submit: Create your design digitally or as a hand-drawn sketch. You must submit a digital image of your design electronically through our form.
