I generally book about two months in advance, so if your range is less than 2 months away I cannot guarantee my availability but I will try my best to accommodate if possible.

Please do not use “small, medium, large” for size descriptions as these mean something different to everyone!
Maximum Budget (if you have one):
If you do not have a maximum budget simply enter a large number! If you put 0 as a way to “begin negotiations,” your form will likely be disregarded. This is not for the purpose of haggling, it is simply for me to see if I can design something similar to what you want within your price range. I will always try my best to fit within your budget if possible!

Are you willing to wait for an appointment and prepared to pay a deposit to book?
A deposit is required for every booking with no exceptions. Once you have received a reply to your booking form, and you have selected a date/time for your tattoo, a deposit payment request will be sent to your email and is due immediately to book. Please be prepared to make your payment without delay to confirm your appointment and claim your slot. Pricing is subject to change over time, so if you are not prepared to submit payment now, please submit a new form once you are for current pricing and availability.
