    This form allows you to fully customize your luxury, 100% glueless, ready-to-wear wig. You’ll be able to select your preferred hair texture, length, density, lace type, color, style, and more. You may also upload inspiration photos to help bring your vision to life.

    Once your completed form has been received, an invoice will be sent to the email address and phone number you provide. If you have any questions at any time, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email.

    Before You Begin

    Please answer every question carefully and read each section before moving to the next step.

    When completing your measurements, accuracy is extremely important to ensure your custom unit fits properly. Please refer to the measurement guide provided before submitting your order. Twenty Shades Studio is not responsible for wigs that do not fit due to incorrect measurements submitted by the client.

    Processing Time

    All preorder custom wigs require approximately 10–25 business days to complete after your order form and full payment have been received.

    Every unit is handcrafted by one wig designer with great attention to detail. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. To avoid delays, please place your order well in advance if you need your wig by a specific date.

    Shipping

    All custom wigs are shipped via USPS.

    Once your completed order form and full payment have been received, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

    Custom Color Requests

    If you are requesting a custom color, please upload clear inspiration photos and include detailed notes describing your desired look. The more specific your instructions, the better I can recreate your vision.

    Refund & Exchange Policy

    Because every wig is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders.
