  • Please fill out this form at the best of your knowledge, this will help on the speed of our services, the more information we have the better quality we can deliver.

  • If you select On-Demand Interpretation:
    To connect with an interpreter, please follow these steps:

    1. Call +1 (406) 306-7482.
    2. When prompted, enter your PIN number.
      • You can find your PIN by logging into our MTLS portal: https://mtlanguageservices.interpretmanager.com/ng/#/app/account/sign-in.
      • Once logged in, click on Configuration (left side menu).
      • Under the My Profile tab, go to Info.
      • Look under IVR Number / PIN. Hover over the ????? icon to see your PIN.
    3. After entering your PIN, the system will ask whether you are OPD staff or a contractor attorney.
      • Staff: You will not be asked for an OPD ID. You may continue by requesting the language you need.
      • Contractor Attorneys: You will be asked to provide an OPD ID. Please have it ready beforehand. After providing it, you may continue by requesting the language you need.
