Join the HOW Marketplace

A curated home for the businesses behind thoughtful making — whether you create it, teach it, or supply it. If you make beautiful things, run workshops or classes, stock the materials makers love (think hand-dyed yarn, embroidery kits, small-batch craft supplies), or show craft in a gallery space, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about what you do.

How did you hear about us?
The HOW Marketplace is a curated directory of artisan makers, craft businesses and workshop hosts, from Japanese craft to contemporary handmade. We review every application so the directory stays true to what our community loves. You can choose from a Free listing or Premium.

Free listing: your business in the directory with a description, photo, location and a link to your shop or website. Free, with no end date.

Premium listing: $35 a month (starting from 1 February 2027) has everything in the free listing, plus a feature in the HOW newsletter, regular social media coverage and a featured spot in your category.

Once you’re approved, we’ll build your listing for you, so you don’t need to do a thing.
Which listing would you like ?
I’m happy for HOW to use my business name, images and details in the directory and in HOW promotions.
