Cancellation Policy:
I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 100% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
Late Policy:
At Nikaya Michelle Beauty Co., LLC, we do our best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. Traffic, weather, accidents, etc. - we understand, if you are running late please call and make Nikaya aware. I want to be able to provide the desired service in its entirety. we will try our hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however, after 15 minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the stylists discretion. Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the stylists appointments within the day. We thank you in advance for your consideration! *after 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, you will be considered no show and charged 100% of the service total.
Saved Payment Method:
All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Square.
Service Adjustment Policy:
I understand if I would like something regarding my service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving my scheduled appointment, Nikaya will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.
I understand no refunds are allowed under any circumstance.
Product Return Policy:
There are no returns exchanges on product sales.
Salon Etiquette:
Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Guest Policy:
The salon is not child and pet proof. hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals and a busy salon can all become a safety hazard with children and pets. Any Children or additional persons that are not actively receiving a service, are not permitted at the salon during your appointment time. we ask that you refrain from bringing any pets other than service animals into the salon. Failure to follow this rule will result in your appointment being rescheuled and your card being charged 100 % of the scheduled service total.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
