How we access your Credit Reports
Equifax is normally requested online. We will create a customer account for you with Equifax, and give you the username and password so that you can carry on using the account yourself for free.
We can access Experian and TransUnion reports online via our secure portal with The Insolvency Panel Ltd. They provide a free credit report service to not-for-profit debt advice agencies such as Money Matters Leicester.
We will ask for your permission each time we access this service on your behalf. If you don’t wish us to access the service online in this way, we can provide you with alternative means:
1) Paper request forms
2) Alternative access carried out by you, such as using the Noddle (TransUnion) service online, or the Money Saving Expert Credit Club (Experian), or Equifax Personal Solutions online. For Noddle or Equifax Personal Solutions, you may be asked to provide credit card details for identification purposes only.
