Outdoor setups are available, but we do not set up in the rain. A backup indoor location must be provided in case of bad weather.

For our mobile cart service, please ensure the following conditions are met at your event location:
- A flat, solid floor surface must be provided.
- There must be a clear paved path or elevator access to the setup area.
- The setup area cannot include stairs, gravel, or dirt.
- A stable platform is required to keep the cart secure and level.
These requirements help us guarantee a safe and beautiful setup for your event.

For Grazing table bookings:

A table/counter must be provided for the flat-lay graze to be set on.
Please note: A $150 flat delivery/setup fee is applied to all cart bookings and $100 flat delivery/setup fee for all grazing table bookings.

This fee includes:

For the mobile cart
- Delivery and setup of the cart at the event location.
- 2.5 hours of on-site service.
- Bottomless refills during service.
- Serving trays, napkins, and utensils are included with the cart setup.
For the grazing table
- Delivery to event location.
- Complete grazing table setup.
- 2 hours of setup time prior to the event.
Delivery & Setup Fee Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge and agree to the $150/$100 flat delivery and setup fee and understand the client is responsible for providing safe, accessible space for the cart.
