Registration Fees
There is a $40 registration fee per business (not per child). Your fee helps make this event possible and goes towards the cost of tents, tables, chairs, and signage. Plus, it teaches kids an important business lesson: every venture has startup costs. With thousands of eager customers at Island Fest, your child is sure to recoup this investment—and more! We want every child interested to have the chance to participate, so if this fee presents a hardship, please contact us—sponsorship funds are available.
Are you paying the registration fee for this business?
*
Yes

Optional Donation
Would you like to sponsor a child’s registration fee or contribute to prize money? Your support ensures every young entrepreneur gains valuable skills and confidence in a real-world setting. In past years, top prizes of $1,500, $1,000, and $500 proved VERY motivating! The children really hustled and blew us away with their drive and creativity. With your help, we hope to reach that level again!

Terms & Conditions
The spirit of the KYE Business Showcase is to provide children with a hands-on experience that builds confidence and real-world skills by allowing them to run their own business. Parents are encouraged to support their children in preparing for the event but are asked not to assist in manning the booths during the fair. We will have volunteers available to help younger children with tasks such as making change, restocking inventory, and managing customers so they can fully embrace the experience of running their business independently.By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that: 1) Your child will participate in the KYE Business Showcase at Island Fest 2026 during the scheduled event dates and times. 2) Each business is responsible for its own setup, materials, display, and breakdown (take-down) at the conclusion of the event. Participants may leave non-valuable items overnight between Saturday and Sunday at their own risk; event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 3) You are responsible for the supervision of your child at all times during the event. Whether you remain at the booth or allow your child to operate independently is at your discretion, based on their age and responsibility level. 4) Event organizers are not liable for any lost or damaged goods, money, or personal property. 5) If participating in food sales, all items must comply with local guidelines (e.g., pre-packaged where applicable), and you are responsible for ensuring compliance. 6) Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward customers, other participants, volunteers, and event staff. 7) You grant Keys Young Entrepreneurs permission to use photographs and videos of your child participating in the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, and other materials.
