1. Craft Booths are only open to Girl Scout members in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Adult members may not host a booth or sell crafts without Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts must be accompanied by a Safety-Wise Adult.
2. Only three people per troop (1 Safety-Wise and 2 Girl Scouts) at a booth at one time. You may rotate additional troop members in and out throughout the event, so that they can participate in activities and shopping. Please ensure you have enough Safety-Wise Adults to chaperone both Girl Scouts at booth and Girl Scouts participating in activities.
3. Only one 6 foot by 6 foot space will be provided per Craft Booth registration. You are responsible for providing your own table, chair, and table cloth for your booth.
4. Products must be made by Girl Scouts, priced, and ready to sell. All sales remain with troop or Julitte.
5. You are responsible for collecting payment for your items. This includes providing your own cash to give customers change and being prepared with an online payment option like PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or Square. Online payment is not required, but is highly recommended. Please research and select the best options for your booth.
6. You may not arrive for setup earlier than 8:00am. You will receive your booth location at check in. Please be setup and ready to sell by 8:45am.
