  • Maintenance Package Service Agreement

    Maintenance packages are available only to existing Organize My Space Calgary clients who have previously completed an organizing project.

    Maintenance packages are designed to help existing clients maintain the organizing systems we created together and keep their spaces functioning smoothly as life evolves.

    Maintenance sessions are intended to maintain previously organized spaces and may not be sufficient for large new organizing projects.

  • Maintenance Package Options

  • Organize My Space Calgary currently offers the following maintenance packages:

    Monthly Reset
    3-hour organizing session per month

    Seasonal Reset
    3-hour organizing session every three months

    Annual Home Reset
    One 6-hour organizing session per year

    Maintenance services are intended to maintain previously organized spaces rather than complete new organizing projects.

  • Scope of Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance sessions are intended to maintain organizing systems previously established during organizing projects.

    Maintenance visits may include light decluttering, resetting systems, seasonal adjustments, and refining organizing solutions.

    Large new organizing projects or additional spaces may require additional time or a separate organizing package.

  • Scheduling

  • Maintenance sessions are scheduled based on availability and client preference.

    Organize My Space Calgary will make reasonable efforts to schedule sessions within the applicable monthly, seasonal, or annual timeframe.

    Maintenance clients receive priority scheduling when possible.

  • Session Length

  • Maintenance sessions are scheduled in three-hour increments unless otherwise specified in the package.

  • Payment Terms

  • Maintenance packages must be paid in advance according to the selected plan.

    Payment confirms the client’s place in the maintenance schedule.

    Maintenance packages may be paused for up to one month with advance notice.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be deducted from the maintenance package.

  • Session Expiration

  • Maintenance sessions must be used within the applicable service period:

    • Monthly sessions must be used within the calendar month
    • Seasonal sessions must be used within the quarter
    • Annual sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase


    Unused sessions do not carry forward.

  • Scope Expansion

  • If additional spaces or organizing work beyond routine maintenance is requested, additional time may be scheduled or billed separately.

    Organize My Space Calgary will discuss any changes to the project scope with the client before proceeding.

  • Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to:

    • participate in decluttering decisions
    • provide safe access to the home
    • secure valuables and confidential items
  • Project Results Disclaimer

  • While Organize My Space Calgary strives to create effective organizing systems, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on factors such as the client’s participation, decision-making pace, and ongoing maintenance of the systems implemented.

  • Donation Authorization

  • Items identified by the client for donation or disposal during organizing sessions are considered authorized for removal from the property.

    Once items are removed from the property for donation or disposal, Organize My Space Calgary assumes responsibility for delivering them to an appropriate donation centre or disposal facility.

    Due to the nature of donation processing, items cannot be reclaimed once they have been removed from the property.

    Clients are responsible for ensuring that any items they wish to retain are clearly identified prior to removal.

    Organize My Space Calgary is not responsible for the condition or handling of donated items once they have been transferred to a donation organization.

  • Services Not Included

  • Unless otherwise arranged, organizing services do not include:

    • Confidential paper shredding services
    • Junk removal or landfill fees
    • Deep cleaning services
    • Installation of furniture, artwork, electronics, or wall-mounted items
    • Large furniture moving
    • Parking charges or building access fees
    • Travel time or mileage outside the primary service area

    Additional services may be coordinated with third-party providers when necessary.

  • Travel and Parking

  • Any parking fees, building access charges, or travel costs outside the standard service area may be billed to the client at actual cost.

    Travel time or mileage may apply for locations outside Calgary city limits or the standard service area.

  • Liability

  • Organize My Space Calgary is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage to items or spaces
    • Damage resulting from normal handling during organizing sessions
    • Items donated, discarded, or relocated with client permission
    • Loss of items not disclosed to the organizer prior to the session


    Clients are responsible for securing valuable or sensitive items before sessions begin.

  • Confidentiality

  • All client information and personal details observed during organizing sessions will remain strictly confidential.

    Organize My Space Calgary will never share client information without permission.

  • Photography

  • Photographs may occasionally be taken for documentation or marketing purposes.

    No identifying personal information will be shared without written client consent.

    Clients may decline photography at any time.

  • Unsafe Working Conditions

  • Organize My Space Calgary reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if the working environment is deemed unsafe or hazardous for the organizer or team members.

    Unsafe conditions may include, but are not limited to:

    • Structural hazards
    • Mold or excessive dust
    • Pest infestations
    • Biohazards
    • Excessive debris or unsafe clutter conditions
    • Aggressive pets or unsafe animals
    • Situations involving illegal or hazardous materials


    If such conditions are identified, services may be rescheduled once the environment has been made safe or appropriate remediation has occurred.

    Organize My Space Calgary may recommend professional remediation services if environmental or safety issues are discovered.

  • Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions

  • For safety and liability reasons, Organize My Space Calgary does not handle or organize the following items: firearms (registered or unregistered), illegal goods, drugs or drug paraphernalia, hazardous materials, falsified records, pornography, or other restricted items.

    We do not organize or make decisions regarding highly sensitive or irreplaceable items such as valuables, confidential documents, heirloom photographs, or valuable artwork unless the client is present and directing the process.

    Organize My Space Calgary maintains a smoke-free work environment. Excessive pet hair or unsafe working conditions may require sessions to be rescheduled.

    Organizing progress depends on the client’s participation in the decluttering process. Organize My Space Calgary cannot make decisions regarding the disposal of personal belongings without client approval.
