DESCRIPTION

Like other sectors, since 2020, philanthropy has seen an increase in the number of Black women in leadership positions. In order to avoid the turnover trends of the past, we must be intentional about supporting those leaders in culturally responsive ways. Coaching is one way to provide a professional development container that centers the needs of the leader while also helping them accomplish their organizational goals.
