    Vendor Space is available on Sunday, April 25 (Set up must be after 3:00 PM), Monday, Monday April 26, Tuesday, April 27. Tear Down no later than 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 28. Booth spaces will be assigned at the discretion of ACTS. 


    How we Assign Vendor Space:


    The date your application is received is a consideration. There is no way that we can guarantee placement of any vendor. Space preferences on your application can only be considered on applications received by ACTS before the first application deadline of April 1, 2027.

    Vendor Acceptance:

    • We cannot promise product exclusivity. 
    • Booth will be open: (Set up must be after 3:00 PM)
    • A schedule is provided with Exhibit Hall times for you. Meals are a great time to be with attendees too.

    Space Details:


    Power hookups may be available and there may be an extra charge from the hotel. 110-volt power hookup per space is available per request with application. We require all power cords to be heavy enough to accommodate a 20-amp power load over 100 feet. Be prepared to be as much as 100 feet from the power source. That will necessitate the need for either a 100-foot cord or two 50-foot cords with 12-gauge wire.


    Monday Evening Dessert Reception with the Vendors:


    Monday after dinner we have a dessert reception with all the vendors. You will have an opportunity at the reception to talk for five minutes about your business or products. You can also bring a raffle item to give away at the reception. It can be either your product or other items- in the past there have been iPad(s), Kindle Fire Readers, Bedding, Web site listings, etc. It is usually a nice session when we take time to get to know you better.


    INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:


    I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACTS, Sponsors and Participants. I/We further agree that I/We will be responsible for any damage or injury to property or persons participating in ACTS Workshop and agree to indemnify and hold harmless any parties of ACTS. I have read and agree to all terms and conditions in the event registration form.
