By submitting this application I promise to comply with all of the rules and regulations set forth by the NorcalMLK Foundation and Yerba Buena Gardens as well as all the laws of the State of California and the City and County of San Francisco. I further acknowledge that failure to abide by these rules may result in the loss of my vendor privileges without recourse or refund.
Filling out of this application is not a guarantee of space or placement. No verbal agreements will be honored. Acceptance of payment with this form should not be construed to mean payment in full or a guarantee of space.
Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals Please read, date and provide your signature on the next pages Terms & Conditions I hereby agree and give my permission for the Northern California Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Foundation (hereinafter collectively referred to as "NorcalMLK") and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the NorcalMLK website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of NorcalMLK’s control. I agree that I will not hold the NorcalMLK responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
BCAF Cancellation Policy: Vendors wishing to cancel their BCAF table(s) must inform the NorcalMLK Foundation in writing no less than 21 days prior to the date of the BCAF Expo on January 19-20, 2025. No refunds will be offered to Vendors who cancel less than 21 days prior to the date of the BCAF Expo on January 19-20, 2025.
