Please read the terms and liability waiver carefully.
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. MassWake's property will be provided in good mechanical and physical condition. Customer is responsible for inspecting the equipment before use.

2. Customer is responible for all items and persons they choose to bring with them.

3. Customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period.

4. The service agreement includes a detailed liability waiver and assumption-of-risk, including indemnification, acknowledgment of risks inherent in personal watercraft activities, water sports activities and fitness to participate.

5. Customer agrees to abide by all operational restrictions, use limitations, and return timing policies. Late returns may incur additional fees.
