This ensures that we are all in agreement and have the same level of understanding as to the process of recording, editing, social media promotion and distribution of the conversation we are scheduled to have. In the absence of written consent, your appearance for the recording will signify consent to these terms. 1.All recorded conversations are the property of The Now What Pod, which retains all distribution and promotional rights thereto. 2. We ask that you share a link to the episode (or provide direction to the The Now What Pod, available on most listening platforms ) and any other promotional materials on each of your social media or networking platforms in order to promote the segment. 3.We are big believers in editing: if you leave the conversation with some qualms about what you said, we respect your right to ask for particular things to be edited out up to 72 hours prior to the release of the recording. We release new episodes on Wednesdays and so will need your edits by Sunday. Unfortunately we cannot provide rough cuts or approval copies of the recording prior to release. 4. We may use your name, organization, and a publicly available image (for example, from Google Images), or an image(s) that you may provide, of you, your logo, or both to promote the show. 5. Since we record on Zoom, we would like to use a clip of the video from the call for promotional purposes. We also release the entire video conversations to our private Patreon community. We look to you the let us know if that is a problem.6. We reserve the right to not publish your episode if it ends up not working with our schedule or the quality of the recording doesn't turn out to be usable. If this does happen, we will notify you via email.
