If your field trip has an associated fee, you will be contacted about how best to pay it. (If you aren't contacted ahead of time, count on bringing the fee in cash when you check in to the conference.)
Conference fee: $100 members/$130 non-members for registrations received by July 26. Cost will increase by $15 on July 26.
Included in the conference fee: snacks during meeting breaks, Friday & Saturday lunches, Friday evening reception at White Sands National Park (location to be confirmed, and dinner afterwards is on your own).
The Saturday evening banquet, held at the the Sgt. Willie Estrada Memorial Civic Center in Alamogordo, NM is an additional $30 (drinks included). Tickets may be purchased below.
