    VENDOR APPLICATION FOR 2026

  • This agreement made and entered into by and between National Reining Breeders Classic, herein referred to as NRBC herein referred to as VENDOR. The VENDOR and the NRBC mutually agree to the following:

    1. The NRBC, wherever possible, will assign space requested by the VENDOR, however the NRBC shall reserve the right to assign and to change VENDOR space location if the NRBC feels it is necessary to do so at its sole discretion. Requested spaces are not guaranteed.

    2. VENDOR is authorized to display and /or sell only the specific types of products for which they have contracted space.

    3. Use of the NRBC logo is prohibited. VENDORS are responsible for any side dividers needed. No curtains or decorations shall obscure or cover any exit signs.

    4. All temporary wiring must have a grounded system. No grounded cord will exceed their amp rating. Multiple outlet devices must be UL approved and none used in excess of their ratings. All temporary electrical wiring must be accessible and free from debris and storage material. Any special wiring needed will be at the VENDOR's expense.

    5. The NRBC is not responsible for losses of any nature, including but not limited to, theft, fire, damage of any kind, mysterious disappearance, etc.

    6. All VENDORS must have $1,000,000 liability insurance coverage with National Reining Breeders Classic & Tulsa County Public Facility Authority listed as additional insured. Please include a copy with your application or have your agent send one to the NRBC office no later than April 1, 2026.

    7. VERY IMPORTANT: ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MARCH 27, 2026.

Times are subject to change at management's discretion. Management will provide the final schedule and confirm any required availability. 10. The dates that the National Reining Breeders Classic Trade Show will take place are April 14-25, 2025. Vendors may begin setup April 11, 2026.
