As signing up to be a part of Cheltenham Cocktail Week and being a participating venue you agree to the following when clicking the ‘Submit’ button.
Signature Cocktail, mocktail and event cocktails:
You must offer at least one £5 - £7 signature cocktail for the full 10 days of Cheltenham Cocktail Week.
You must also ensure to offer a mocktail equivalent of this cocktail.
Your signature cocktail and Cheltenham Cocktail Week offers must be exclusively priced, only available to redeem when cocktail week customers show their wristband. You cannot limit the amount of discounted cocktails available on each day to wristband holders. Your signature cocktail must also have a separate button on your til EPOS system along with any other cocktails you offer as part of Cheltenham Cocktail Week
You must let event organisers know what your signature discounted cocktail is, its name, description and specs by a date which will be specified by the event organisers. This cocktail cannot change for the event.
All cocktails are subject to approval by the organisers and must comply with the deal guidelines that are set out by the organisers. Organisers may state recipe changes are needed in line with their brand partnership and sponsorship.
Cocktail Volumes:
All cocktail volumes must be given to event organisers 7 days after event completion. This includes any signature cocktails, mocktails or cocktails included in Cheltenham Cocktail Week. You will be sent a feedback survey, please ensure this is how you report all volumes.
Your additional offers:
If you are providing an additional offer, this must be an offer that is available for the full duration (10 days) of cocktail week which is exclusively available for wristband holders. Any terms and conditions associated with this offer must be communicated to the team when this offer is initially sent.
You cannot limit the number of times this offer is redeemed (the only exception to this is if your venue is fully booked or at full capacity). This offer cannot change for the 10 days of the event. The full wording of this offer must be sent to the cocktail week team by the specified date.
Working with event organisers:
As part of Cheltenham Cocktail Week we expect your venue to work with our dedicated team, please understand they are here to try help maximise your return during this event.
You will be sent a marketing pack for your business, which includes social media posting. We expect this to be posted with the guidance provided. This has been created to promote your offering, and the fact you are part of this event.
(M.ad Agency Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw bar participation or cancel the event at any given time and are not responsible for any financial loss or impact on businesses. Participating bars agree to indemnify M.ad Agency Ltd. against all claims or damages arising from injury or damage to persons or property.
As part of this event we expect all venues to adhere to the offcial drink aware guidance, please refer to this here: https://www.drinkaware.co.uk
By agreeing to be a part of cocktail week, event organisers are permitted to share the information you have provided including your offering for cocktail week, contact details, images and logos.
By agreeing to be a part of Cocktail Week, you cannot withdraw participation upon lead up or during the event. Event organisers are permitted to share the information you have provided including your offering for cocktail week, contact details, images and logos with relevant event partners.
To be a part of Cocktail Week, you agree to the follow the official event guidance. Event organisers are permitted to refuse any deals or offers that are not compliant with official cocktail week guidance. You further agree to fully participate in this event and not withdraw participation upon lead up or during the event.
Our team will provide you with assets to display within your venue during the lead up of the event, including event signage. Please ensure these are on display for the lead-up, and the full duration (10 days) of Cocktail Week.

Cheltenham Cocktail Week is owned and operated by M.AD Agency Ltd, the registered proprietor of all associated trademarks, branding, and event formats. All event materials, concepts, communications, and information shared with participating venues are provided in strict confidence and for the sole purpose of participation in Cheltenham Cocktail Week.
All venue details, contact information, and related data are considered confidential information and must not be disclosed, reproduced, or used by any third party or for any unauthorised event. Any unauthorised use or disclosure may result in removal from the event and, where appropriate, legal action under applicable UK law.
