As signing up to be a part of Eat Week and being a participating venue you agree to the following when clicking the 'submit' button.
As being part of Eat Week we expect your venue to work with our dedicated team, please understand they are here to try help maximise your return during this event.
Your participation in Eat Week is free thanks to our event partner: Perth and Kinross Council
You will be sent a marketing pack for your business, which includes social media posting. We expect this to be posted with the guidance provided. This has been created to promote your offering, and the fact you are part of this event.
As part of the event we will be running influencer campaigns - we would appreciate working with us to execute these, providing gifted content in exchange for promotion via their channels.
After the event, you will be sent a feedback survey. This must be filled out within 48 hours of receiving.
Our team will provide you with print assets to display within your venue during the lead up of the event. Please ensure these are on display for the lead up, and the full duration (10 days) of Eat Week.
Eat Week (M.ad Agency Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw participation or cancel the event at any given time and are not responsible for any financial loss or impact on businesses. Participating venues agree to indemnify M.ad Agency Ltd. against all claims or damages arising from injury or damage to persons or property.
M.ad Agency (The event organisers) have the rights to promote your venue and the specified information given above. Further, we have rights to use any logos and imagery provided.
Event organisers are permitted to share your offering and your details will be shared with our event partners.
Offer
To be a part of Eat Week you must have an offer that is available for the full duration (10 days) of Eat Week and be exclusively for Eat Week Pass holders. Any terms and conditions associated with this offer must be communicated to the team when this offer is initially sent. This offer must be at (or multiple) of the following price points:£5, £10, £15. £20, £25, £30.
You cannot limit the amount of times this offer is redeemed (the only exception to this is if your venue is fully booked or at full capacity). This offer cannot change for the 10 days of the event.
The full wording of this offer must be sent to the Eat Week team by the 2nd of August 2024.
