Media Submission Guidelines: Please ensure that any uploaded media meets the following recommendations: Photos and videos should be clear, well-lit, and high resolution whenever possible. Whenever possible, submit original, unedited files rather than screenshots or compressed versions. Content should accurately represent NSBE, its members, and affiliated events in a respectful and professional manner. Ensure that logos, graphics, music, and other third-party materials are used with appropriate permission or licensing. Avoid excessive filters, overlays, watermarks, or text that may limit the usability of the content. If submitting video, ensure audio is reasonably clear and free from excessive background noise whenever possible. Please avoid submitting duplicate files or multiple versions of the same asset unless necessary. Submitted content should comply with applicable copyright, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
