How to Audition Like a Boss! with Cory Lee

New York Youth Symphony is pleased to partner with Cory Lee of the Liberated Performer to offer its renowned audition bootcamp to help students prepare for their upcoming college and summer festival auditions. The bootcamp is a three-day intensive workshop that includes multiple mock auditions in front of a panel with feedback, before/after videos, and most importantly, performance coaching with Cory Lee, Alexander technique with Lori Schiff, and masterclasses with outstanding artists. Along with individual feedback, topics that will be discussed include advanced preparation, performance strategies, and a Q&A session. Over three Sundays in January, How to Audition Like a Boss! aims to improve students’ confidence to succeed in high pressure situations. Workshop fee: $350. Dates: January 9 & 16 (9am-1pm) at DiMenna Center, Cary Hall, 450 W 37th St. January 23 will be held over Zoom (9am-11am).
