    Use a separate form for each person, including visitors.

    Each intergroup is entitled to one Representative for the first ten groups it represents, and one for each additional ten groups or any fraction thereof. An intergroup may also select Alternate Representatives. An unaffiliated group may select one Representative and one Alternate.

  • Project Teams: All Representatives are expected to serve on a project team during the year after Assembly. Visitors are encouraged and welcome to join a Project Team! (See descriptions below.)

  • Budget, Finance & Delegate Support (BFDS): Assist the Treasurer in the review and management of Region One’s financial health and wellbeing, create and maintain a yearly budget, and support as much representation from our Intergroups at Assembly and WSBC as possible within the budget.

    Sponsorship/Strong Recovery:rovide resources to assist newcomers in their first year of membership in OA. Increase newcomer retention in Region One.

    Newcomer Support: Provide resources to assist newcomers in their first year of membership in OA. Increase newcomer retention in Region One.

    Public Information & Professional Outreach (PIPO): Share and generate ideas for carrying the message in newspaper, radio spots, television, and other media and to spread the word to professionals and help individual Intergroups do the same.

    Bylaws: Review and propose changes (if needed) to Region One Bylaws and Policies, and assist those submitting motions to Assembly, ensuring that motions brought before the Assembly are clear and presented in proper form. If possible, serve on the Reference Committee at Assembly.

  • The Nominations Committee meets beginning in April of 2026. The team publicizes Board positions open for election at Assembly, encourages nominees for those offices, and assists in the election process at Assembly. Are you interested in being a member of this committee?*
