Speaking is a way to give back and help others. If you are interested in offering this service, please complete this form. Your information will be provided only to OA groups or service bodies seeking a speaker and who specifically ask for this information.

To be added to the speaker list, Region One requires that you:
- have at least one year of abstinence
- have a sponsor and sponsor others (or are available to sponsor)
- regularly attend meetings
- are actively working the Twelve Steps
