We have created this job application to develop a network of qualified educational professionals for future job openings (26-27 Instructional Year). While there may not be an immediate opening at this time, however, we review applications regularly and reach out to candidates as positions become available.

Roles may include:
Teacher All subjects for the following classrooms: Kindergarten-1st grade, 2nd-4th grade, 5th-7th grade, 8th-12th grade. Must have (at minimum) 3 years' teaching experience in the classroom you are interested in teaching plus (at minimum) a bachelor's degree (preferably in education). Must be able to differentiate instruction and have experience working with children that may need limited supports or may have an IEP or 504 Plan. No more than 15 students in most classrooms. Must have great classroom management skills, be a fast learner and willing to work collaborative with a small team. $885 per week (eligible for a Wellness Stipend, PTO, break and sick time after the 90 day introductory period).
Additional Supports Classroom Teacher (grades 4th-12th grade-must have ESE experience): Must have at minimum 3 years teaching in an ESE classroom and at minimum at bachelor's degree (preferrably in education). No more than 20 students in this classroom and a part time paraprofessional supports this classroom. TBD (eligible for a Wellness Stipend, PTO, break and sick time after the 90 day introductory period).
Paraprofessional Must have at minimum 2 years of paraprofessional experience in a K-12 school (at our discretion, similar related experience) or 45 college credits (at our discretion or similar related experience). Part time position. $16.00 per hour
Flex Paraprofessional Must have at minimum 2 years of paraprofessional experience in a K-12 school (at our discretion, similar related experience) or 45 college credits (at our discretion) and 2 years in a public/private front office (enrollment, answering phones, filing, etc). Part Time position. TBD
Substitute Teacher Must have K-12 teaching experience, K-12 substitute teaching experience or K-12 paraprofessional experience. On call. TBD
Lead Teacher Must have 8 years teaching experience in high school ELA (and related subjects) plus a bachelor's degree (preferrably in Education). This position serves as both an instructional leader and role model within a faith-based (Christian), non-profit educational organization, integrating academic excellence with spiritual growth. The Lead Teacher is responsible for fostering a nurturing, disciplined, and engaging learning environment that reflects the mission and principles. TBD (eligible for a Wellness Stipend, PTO, break and sick time after the 90 day introductory period).

-Exhibit warmth, patience, and has the ability to differentiate instruction.
-Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
-Collaborate with peers to create a supportive and engaging learning environments.
-Participate in trainings regularly to support student success.
-Will pray with their students at the beginning of each day and before meals.
-Feel led by God to work for a small school/non profit organization (no more than 70 students) noting that what OASN offers is different that what public schools and most private schools offer.
-Are able to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening and meet all Florida Department of Education requirements.
