Student Interest/Waitlist 2023-2024 Instructional Year
We offer pre-admissions appointments so that parents can learn more about Ocala Preparatory Academy (noting that we ask all parents to read through our website to learn more about our holistic faith based education model). We offer inclusion and ESE classes depending on your child's needs. Please note, we offer these appointments to help you learn more about our school before applying for admission (limited openings are available). We ask that you also review our tuition and fee schedule as there are out of pocket fees and parent particiption cost for tuition monthly (after your Choice Scholarship quarterly payments you authorize to us). Our staff will call you so please be ready for a call from (352) 509-4085 (generally within 5 business days).

Tuition & other program fee credits are not available for vacations, holidays, or illnesses. A 30 day notice applies to any student withdrawals (tuition must be paid during the 30 day notice).

Currently, we do not have any openings in Kindergarten-5th grade, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade inclusion classes. We do have limited openings in inclusion 6th-8th grade classes and ESE 4th-12th grade classes. There are incidental fees and parent participation monthly tuition fees not covered by choice scholarships (rare exceptions apply). Out of pocket costs for incidentals (for 23-24 instructional year) are $710 (Application fee, Registration Fee, Supply/Book Fee and Uniform Bundle) for the 23-24 instructional year, plus parent portion tuition (billed monthly) that is charged after scholarship funding is confirmed (there is more monthly parent financial participation for FTC and EO scholarship recipients, less parent financial participation for UA recipients). Please confirm that you are interested in scheduling a 15 minute appointment, knowing that there will be out pocket costs associated with enrollment.*

For the 23-24 instructional year, we will be using Abeka, Dave Ramsey's Foundations for Personal Finance for our middle and high school students) as our faith based curriculum choices (subject to change based on student need), and other curriculum choices will not be faith based.
