WITHDRAWAL When you withdraw your student, you must give at least forty-five (45) days written notice, prior to withdrawal, even if your child is not in attendance, and pay all tuition and fees during this time frame. See our financial policy for more information. Additionally, please see our copies/records policy for more information. All choice scholarships are billed quarterly, and a payment becomes vested for the full quarter if the scholarship recipient has attended at least ten (10) days of school in that quarter. Once your quarterly tuition has been billed and approved, there will be no return of monies. You are responsible for any out- of-pocket expenses (the entire amount of tuition if you are cash pay) for 45 days after your written notice. If you choose to withdraw your student at any time, and later decide to re-enroll them, you must re-submit the admissions application, pay the application fee, and complete any associated paperwork. Please note that if you withdraw your child and enroll them in a public school, you will lose your scholarship.
