All outstanding balances (tuition, enrichment, field trip fees, late pick up fees) must be paid in FULL prior to registration, spaces will not be held/reserved if these have not been paid. Make your check or money order payable to OCA.
The following forms must be completed and submitted before a child can be admitted into the program:
A- Registration/ Emergency contacts
B- Enrollment Contract * In order to determine your monthly fee, we must verify family income (of both parents/guardians; the same for two households). Bring a copy of your 2018 Federal Income Taxes of both parents/guardians; the same for two households or pay full tuition. If you earn 150k or more annually you do not submit tax documents, you will indicate so on the enrollment contract, form B and will pay the full rate.
