  • Overview: Per regulation § 205.406 of the National Organic Program Continuation of Certification, a certified operation must update their certification annually. The renewal for certification includes an on-site inspection of the operation’s practices and procedures by the certifier.

    We've sent you a copy of the latest version of your OSP on file in the renewal email. Please review the OSP for accuracy and completeness to ensure the items listed and described in your plan are still current. This includes your review of the following: 

    • Sites/acreage
    • On-site production practices
    • Products/Crops
    • Materials in use (cleaners, sanitizers, health inputs, fertilizers, pest control, etc.)
    • Facility maps and flow charts

    We've sent you a copy of the latest version of your Organic Certificate on file in the renewal email. Please review the Organic Certificate for accuracy and completeness to ensure the items listed are still current.
