Service Adjustment Policy
Service adjustments can be made up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any adjustments made within 48 hours of your appointment that involve a lower price value than your original service price will require a payment of 100% of your original service price.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving on time is essential to receiving the complete benefits of your service with us. If you show up late to your appointment, it is up to our discretion to make adjustments to your service or reschedule. 100% of your original scheduled service price will be issued no matter what adjustments are made.
Booking Policy
Some services will require a nonrefundable deposit to book the appointment. This amount will go towards your service at the end of your appointment.
In cases when an appointment needs to be rescheduled, deposits are transferable up to 2 appointment adjustments. After that, a new booking deposit will be issued.
Payment Policy
Please contact your service provider for their accepted payment options. For any card payments, please expect an additional processing fee. Payments must be completed in full during your visit.
