NOTE: Youth units will not compete unless all forms and registration have been properly completed and received.

The HPIP Earl Haugabrook Pass & Review is a time to showcase talented individuals. Participating units will march to a viewing stand and complete a routine (minimum 3 minutes, maximum 5 minutes) before judges and an audience.

Usually, the weather is rather warm during the Pass & Review. It is highly recommended that participants and viewers bring lawn chairs, towels, fans, and tents for comfort.
