    Welcome to BuildersQuote.co.uk! By signing up and listing your business on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

    ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    By registering as a tradesperson or business on BuildersQuote.co.uk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with your registration.

    ELIGIBILITY

    To be eligible to list on BuildersQuote.co.uk, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Have a valid business providing trades or related services.
    • Ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

    LISTING AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile, including services, qualifications, and contact details.
    • BuildersQuote.co.uk does not verify the legitimacy, credentials, or quality of any business listed on the platform.
    • You must comply with all relevant laws, licenses, and regulations applicable to your trade.
    • You are solely responsible for your interactions with clients and other users.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    • BuildersQuote.co.uk acts solely as a directory and does not participate in any transactions or agreements between tradespeople and clients.
    • BuildersQuote.co.uk shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from interactions, agreements, or services provided by listed tradespeople.
    • Under no circumstances shall BuildersQuote.co.uk be responsible for loss of business, revenue, or any consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

    CONTENT AND CONDUCT

    • You must not post false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content on your listing.
    • BuildersQuote.co.uk reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these terms without prior notice.

    FEES AND PAYMENTS

    • Listings or features on BuildersQuote.co.uk are all made done by the stripe payment portal on a monthly basis. Any applicable fees will be clearly stated before purchase.
    • Payments are non-refundable once the listing is live on the BuildersQuote.co.uk directory platform, unless otherwise stated.

    TERMINATION OF LISTING

    • BuildersQuote.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or remove any tradesperson’s listing at its discretion without prior notice if these terms are violated.

    MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

    • BuildersQuote.co.uk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

    GOVERNING LAW

    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    • Any disputes arising from the use of BuildersQuote.co.uk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    By registering on BuildersQuote.co.uk, you acknowledge that BuildersQuote.co.uk is not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or disputes between tradespeople and clients. You agree to use the platform at your own risk.
