The following constitutes the Videography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Dstudios (the “Videographer”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Videographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.

Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Dstudios at each event or place, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she does not have the legal rights to anything Dstudios will videotape, including photos, musical recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered by Dstudios for inclusion in the clients photos or videos.

Artistic Style. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Dstudios portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style and that Dstudios work is constantly evolving; that the Dstudios services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the photos and video may be different from photos and videos done by the company in the past; and that in creating the photos and videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to create content consistent with our personal judgment and consistent with our vision of the events, which may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the events. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos and videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria..
