I further acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all rules, requirements, eligibility criteria, policies, procedures, and conditions outlined in this application and any related competition materials issued by the Hmong American Association of Oklahoma, Inc. (HMAAO). I understand that failure to comply with these rules and conditions may result in penalties, point deductions, disqualification, forfeiture of awards or prizes, or removal from the competition, as determined by event officials.

I understand that the decisions of HMAAO and its designated judges and event representatives are final regarding the administration of the competition.
