    As an HNY volunteer, I understand that I am expected to:• Arrive on time for my assigned shift.• Follow the required volunteer check-in and check-out process.• Report to my assigned location and designated coordinator or team lead.• Remain at my assigned location unless reassigned or released.• Follow instructions from the Volunteer Coordinator, team leads, and HNY leadership.• Treat guests, vendors, participants, staff, and other volunteers respectfully.• Follow event rules and safety procedures.• Notify the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible if I cannot work my assigned shift.• Wear any volunteer identification provided while volunteering.• Refrain from consuming alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while performing volunteer duties.• Return any HNY property, equipment, badges, radios, or supplies issued to me.I understand that assignments, locations, and schedules may be changed based on event needs.
