I know filling out forms isn’t exactly thrilling—but I’m really grateful you’re taking the time. This info helps make sure everything runs smoothly from the very beginning, and it’s the first step in bringing your tattoo to life with love and care.
Please read everything carefully—it truly helps avoid any confusion later on and makes the whole booking process much easier and more enjoyable for both of us.
Once you’ve submitted your form, just give me a few days to respond. I take time and thought with every request, and I can’t wait to read yours.

I work from a cosy, private studio in East London. Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll send you the full address along with easy directions so you know exactly where to go.

When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll take our time to talk everything through together. I’ll make sure you feel totally comfortable and happy with the plan before we even think about starting. Whether you’re buzzing with excitement or feeling a little nervous—I’m here for you. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll do everything I can to make you feel safe, seen, and supported.

If you are from anywhere outside the United Kingdom, your deposit is paid via a payment link I will send you once it's time to finalise your booking. With this link you can pay your deposit via Apple Pay, Google pay or credit card.

Please note there’s a small fee of £3-£5 added to the deposit for the transaction fee,depending on currency and country. The fee will be added to the deposit total, to ensure the full deposit comes through.

What are your preferred dates (ideally more than one), and dates you can’t do? *If you would like to book two consecutive days for a larger project, just add that to the info. *

I work monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and the rare occasional Saturday. IIMPORTANT: If you are booking a large project, your first 3 appointments will all be booked in at once. Therefore please also let me know how much time you’d ideally like between sessions (minimum 4 weeks)

Short and sweet description of your tattoo idea*

e.g. A small fluffy bird sat in branches of cherry blossom, with not too much shading and more focus on contrast and linework. E.g: botanical sleeve with snakes and chrysanthemums, full artistic freedom e.g.: palm size bee with lavender

e.g. Left inner bicep / Chest up to collarbone / right hand, knuckles to wrist bone

Approximate size *

This is really important, as without this info I won’t be able to quote you. Please use cm only, no inches. You may also use paper size examples, e.g. ‘roughly a5 page size’ etc

Photo of placement (3 images max) *

These will help me to understand what size and placement you want. Please only use images of your own body, no stock photos of other people’s body. Ideally, but not a must, circle the area you have in mind. Make sure you either use your phone’s self timer, or ask someone else to take the photos. Please don’t take them yourself from an awkward angle or a mirror selfie, as those make it very hard for me to understand what type of size and area I’m working with.

Is it a coverup? Please upload a few photos (closeups and different angles) of what you want covered. I cover old tattoos and every type of scarring (4 images max)

Please note that in some cases, I will advice you to get laser removal done first to lighten the old tattoo. I will recommend someone to do this for you if you need. Also very important to note that I only accept coverup jobs with full artistic freedom, as that is necessary for a clean and beautiful result

Please do not upload other artists art work or tattoos, nor any other type of artwork you found online. I do not use other people’s work as reference

Reference photos. Here you can upload photos of real plants, animals etc you’d like in your tattoo, for example to show me the specific position you like your animal to be in, or some photos of a flower you particularly love (5 images max)

Photos only please, no drawings/paintings/illustrations by other artists

✦ Pricing Overview

Tiny Tattoos (under 1 hour): £150 minimum

Hourly rate: £150/hour for single-session pieces (includes prep, breaks, and tattoo time)

* single session = started and finished on the same day

Session rates (for large/multi-session work):

– Half Day (3–4 hrs): £550
– Full Day (5–6 hrs): £850
– Long Day (6–8 hrs): £1000

– +£120/hour beyond 8 hours if needed

If your project is very large and complicated, and would require way more than 8 hrs, but you would rather not wait months in between appointments - there is always the option to book two or even three consecutive days. This is a poplular option especially for those travelling from abroad. Just let me know if that's what you'd like to do, and we'll arrange it

Not sure which applies to your idea? Don’t worry — once I’ve reviewed your form, I’ll recommend the best option.

Your budget*

Please carefully read all of the above listed pricing information before deciding on your budget, in order to avoid disappointment. Budgeting e.g.: would prefer to keep it below £800/have no budget, it costs what it costs/etc…

Is there anything I need to know, to make this appointment more comfortable for you? *

e.g. I suffer from social anxiety / I faint easily / I have eczema / I am allergic to adhesive/tape / uncomfortable with thought of being undressed for tattoo / etc

- I understand Olga only tattoos her own artwork, which are nature based illustrations done mostly freehand, as well as portraits and similar types of design.

- Things like script, dates, names, star signs, cartoons, colour, or any other tattoo style apart from her own will not be added or done and I am aware of this.

- Old tattoos can be covered, but in some rare cases will need laser first. Old tattoos will not the fixed or refreshed, only covered.

- I understand I have to come to my appointment alone, as plus ones, including dogs and children, are not permitted to attend my appointment.

-I know to bring my own lunch/sweet snack/sweet drink to my appointment to avoid feeling dizzy

- I will make sure I eat a big meal containing carbs and protein before my appointment to make sure I have the energy to handle it

- I am aware that at no point prior to my appointment, nor during the appointment will I be shown a design/artwork on paper or tablet, as my tattoo will be designed/drawn directly onto my skin using markers

- Should I arrive to my appointment intoxicated, not in a clear state of mind, Olga has the right to refuse to tattoo me

- I understand that if I act inappropriately , use insults or offensive language towards Olga or anyone else present, make racist or homophobic, or similar remarks, my appointment will be terminated immediately and I will be asked to leave
