WATER SAFETY: Customer hereby agrees to comply with the sailing navigation rules provided in briefing and materials by our staff at commencement of boat rental.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: It's required by law the nominated skipper must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and remain 0.00% BAC. Alcohol consumption laws are enforced by Victoria Water Police and comprise heavy fines. All other guests must comply with our alcohol limits: One bottle of wine (per two persons); Three bottles/cans of pre-mixed spirits, beer or cider (per person); No straight spirits are permitted. Any antisocial behaviour will lead to the trip being terminated with no refund.
VESSEL OPERATION: Customer agrees that the boat will only be operated by someone of or above the age of 18.
BOAT DAMAGE: It is the responsibility of Customer to take appropriate care of boat. In the event of boat damage of any kind during the rental, Customer can be charged up to $300 for parts and repairs.
MOBILE PHONE CONTACT: Customer must be contactable at all times during cruise. Please ensure the nominated mobile phone number is switched on and is heard/answered if called while on board.
