**Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement**
This agreement must be read and signed before any participant can join any activity organized by ONA OMI MOVEMENT.
**1. Parties:** This agreement is between ONA OMI MOVEMENT, hereafter referred to as the "Company" and the participant, if the participant is 18 years of age or older, or the participant's legal guardian if the participant is under 18 years of age.
**2. Activities:** The activities include but are not limited to parkour, martial arts training, and other similar physical activities.
**3. Assumption of Risk:** The participant understands that these activities involve certain risks and hazards, which can result in injury or death. The participant voluntarily agrees to assume all these risks.
**4. Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims:** The participant (and/or their legal guardian), to the fullest extent permitted by law, waives all legal rights to sue and agrees not to sue the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and other participants for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of law) that are in any way connected with the participant’s participation in the activities.
**5. Indemnity:** The participant (and/or their legal guardian) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and other participants from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses that they or any third party may suffer or incur as a result of the participant’s participation in the activities.
**6. Acknowledgment:** The participant confirms that they have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that they understand its content and that they execute it freely, without any coercion.
**7. Severability:** If any part of this agreement is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of this agreement, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
